LICATUA

The Limpopo Clap And Tap United Awards ( LICATUA) were founded in 2024 and by Moziri Foundation, which is a registered Non-Profit company with registration number 2022 / 206244 / 08.

The awards will be hosted on an annual basis in Limpopo as a way of recognising and celebrating the efforts by all Limpopo and National Clap and Tap groups for keep the genre alive and to encourage groups to continue with the development of the genre and identifying new talent.

 

Moziri Foundation serves to promote the indigenous gospel music that is still seeking for recognition from the government and with these awards we hope that there can be more recognition and positive change in the coming years

The Moziri Foundation will be responsible for organizing and managing The Limpopo Clap And Tap United Awards ( LICATUA) and we will be launching our first annual awards on the 19th October 2024 at Jack Botes Hall – Polokwane, whereby we will be announcing the nominees for the awards which will take place on the 07th December 2024 also in Polokwane.
